I have for sale a b207 cylinder head, will fit a z22se block and is sand cast so much better for porting/polishing. Came off a Saab with 65k miles. The head comes with cams, bearing caps, rocker cover and spark plug cover only. Pic available on request, in good condition but could do with a quick clean. £120 collected from Manchester.
