D

How do you find it in comparison to the Elise?

VX rides better on the road but I would expect not so much on track

In gear acceleration is massively quicker in the VX

Brakes and throttle feel disconnected compared to the Elise

I don't need to wear ear plugs in the VX

Overall I would say the VX is better for what I will use it for which is the occasional track day and hopefully some epic road trips!

Good to hear the opinion from someone who has owned both, came accross your vids on youtube im not a fan of the S1's dont think they look manly enough but the mat black you went with transforms it, looks lovely. The vid of the VX with the mapped BMW gives a good idea of in gear acceleration, the best I have seen to be fair nice car you have there.

Why the need for a LSD, you running uber power?

Just for the record, the effect of a LSD is not really related to power (unless you deliberately wheel spin). It's effect is to aid cornering where the 2 drives wheels are trying to turn at different speeds. This is is governed by tyres/geo/suspension, so putting one in a lower powered VX will still help a good deal.

HTH.

To put it simply I want to be able to go sideways rather than spinning an inside wheel everytime i try and use the power out of junctions /roundabouts etc.
