Hi Guys.

As some of you know, I've recently bought Mark at Courtenay's VX (not yet collected it). Being Mark's, it's had a few Courtenay Sport decals put onto it and I'm in two minds whether to keep them to take them off.

I think I'm going to take off the one on the rear screen because of visibility (even though the first rule of sportscar driving is "what's behind you is not important") But the ones on the side I'm not sure about.

On one hand I like them because they add a bit of colour contrast. On the other hand I'm not sure what it says about me if I have decals on a road car.

What do you guys think?

I think they look fairly tasteful not OTT at all Just comes down to whether you like the look of them or not Think I would remove the window one, rear visibility is bad enough as it is

I understand about the contrast, but you could put some decals on that means something to you (unless these do eg they remind you of the car's heritage/you luuuuurve Courtenay's)

It's your choice,but if it was mine I'd take them all off,I bet a .org sticker would look better along the bottom of that rear window.

Well, its no Vince but it does have quite a lot of the shiny

Its a coral blue tubby
courtenay stage 4 290bhp
25,000 miles
One owner from new
Full history (all services at courtenays)
Black windscreen surround
Black filler cap
Blue soft top (not very noticeable from the pictures)
Coral blue hard top
Carbon fibre dash and door panels
MP3 player

Its lovely I do think its the best example for sale at the time (but its also the most expensive)

I can't wait to get it. At the moment Mark is transferring his private plate off it and getting it serviced for me. I'm hoping to get it on saturday 19th.

Well that seems to be quite a unanimous agreement; I'll take them off.

I might photoshop those pictures tonight to get rid of the stickers and see what it will look like.
