hello everyone im alex , in the market for a vxr ive liked lotus for ages but feel vauxhall made the elise better does any one know of any vxr 220s for sale im looking every where but cant seem to find the vxr lots of turbos but no vxrs?

There has been some amazingly high priced N/A's going around.... I see 2 VXRs just sold... becoming very rare these days... good luck with your hunt

I know Kierans car - it's a very nice example. You'll have to hold out for a VXR if you want one - they only made 65. Some have been written off...so you're after a rare car! I wanted a mandarin VX and it took me a year of constant searching to find one...

you do realise that 99% of the VXR are also red, so if its any other colour you'll be out of luck

Why the resolution to only buy a VXR? They command an unreal price IMO and offer little over a lightly tuned VXT which would be less money...

Good luck with your search....when looking for A vxr,avoid number sweet 16 if it's still about?? There's a thread on here about it,but only read of you have a few days spare. I like my vxr and I cannot see my parting with for along time!!but like people say you can get better condition turbos for less money.

Nice car and very well put together. If you want a mint and standard VXR220 then this is not the car for you.

A tuned VXT whether lightly tuned or heavily tuned will still never be a VXR220 though
