Hi, I saw this black VX in Hartley Wintney today turning off the A30 onto the Fleet road at exactly 9.15am. I was the smiling idiot in the green C-Max at the roundabout with my thumbs up. I still get excited when I see another VX, especially when it's a black one like mine. The wife has spotted you recently too, in the same area. Fingers crossed the owner is on here. Sam.

I've also seen this one in Tadley a few times, a nice distance from Hartley Witney so they get about a bit! They've never commented on any of the spotted threads I've posted so I don't think they are on here...

Hi, This was my VX, unfortunately it had a piston seize earlier this year, based upon long term electrical issues which I'd spent over 3k on I decided to call time on it. Great car - loved it. I did sell it to a former Thorney technition (rather than break it up on Ebay) and I know he put a replacement engine in it. It should still be about but in MK.

 

I've seen it once   but never since.

Just saw this thread and I am now the new owner.
The mileage is reading 104k.
So I’m presuming if it’s had a replacement engine then this mileage will be incorrect?
If anyone knows more info about this vx, then I’d really like to know a big more history about it.
