Is that for the full cook book or would I need to some more pages later on to cover sweets and deserts ??

Maybe if we could do a group buy we could get the cost down. Could I do the steak and chips at home ?? would I need to tile my kitchen in a green checker board for this type cooking to work. Has Fab been helping with any of the development on the menus ?
