Would you accept £1.00 for them and pay the postage. I'm making a VX220 themed mobile to hang in the garage and they're just the thing I need to go with the set I took off the car 7 years ago after 500 miles because they nearly killed me repeatedly with their total lack of stopping ability hot or cold. Other than that though they were fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone with a death wish.

You can have them for free if you collect and let me throw them at your head? I agree they arent the best, but they're no where near as diabolical as you're making out!! They stopped my car perfectly well on drivers around the Peak District, Yorkshire Dales and various other drives with no problems; sure they're not Pagids or Carbone Laraines.. but they're two third's the price and for that do a decent job! I'm happy to let these go for £35 for the set - unless the above offer is taken up :P

I had the EB Green Stuff on the front for about a year & found them perfectly fine, but.... Having now replaced them with Mintex 1144's I know which ones I would prefer to use ;) Good luck with the sale, they are not as bad as they are making out!

You say you had them on the front, but the braking on the VX is very heavily weighted to the rear so I suspect your rear pads were doing all the work. And yes they are as bad as we're making out, I really did find my life endangered by them on a number of occasions.

I wouldn't normally interfere in someone's For Sale thread, but to misrepresent them as "Ideal for fast road fun or occasional track use." invites comment, in case some unsuspecting newbie thinks they're a good buy. They're abysmally poor on the road and totally unsuitable for the track.

This for sale thread has quickly turned into a joke.. "Designed for fast road driving" as described on camskill and ebc's website - maybe you should contact their marketing department?

But they would say that. They're not likely to say "they're shlt and you'd be better of with blocks of wood as pads" are they

The proof of the pudding is in the eating. I take it you believe all adverts to be true?
