I got the results of my Xrays this week as part of an ongoing treatment at my Chiro. The main damage is C1 and L4+L5, plus a few other alignment areas to work on. When sitting in my race seat, I have it slightly tilted back and as low as I can mount to gain extra room from top of helmet to roof. From what I can tell, the seat, arms and legs are inline to the steering wheel, is the wheel offset to the chassis, or is it the taper of the chassis beams? Feet seem to naturally position on the pedals, and my hip position is neutral. But the back of the helmet bangs on the seat headrest, the rollover hoop pads are removed as that used to be a problem. It feels that my neck is pushed forward of where my shoulders naturally feel it should be.

I get this when driving with a helmet on too, it throws my whole upper body forward about half an inch, which is a tad annoying when you're whippet spec as it means you don't fit just quite as snug in the seat as you do when driving on the road/without a helmet. ETA: Standard seat
