Great service over the last week from Sam at Abacus. First he got my alarm and fobs talking to one another again when no-one else could, and posted the alarm back to me the same day as he received it. Then when it failed again - as he had cautioned it might - he knocked the cost of the original repair off a replacement alarm for the car, which will be with me tomorrow morning. Good guy, very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.
