Folks, I have the chance of securing a day with Rob Boston (currently leading Elise Trophy having taken lap records at most rounds and owner of Rob Boston Racing). His car preparation is incredible and attention to detail is impeccable which is why he is where he is. He has also won back to back championships in MX5s. What Rob is willing to do is come to the day, drive your car and then look at set up. Once this is done he will work with you on driver coaching. Now there is only space for two cars/drivers so that is me and one other. The day is next Thursday at Snetterton 300. Cost for Rob for the day is £320 all in (so £160 each) plus the track day at £175 with MSV. A geo will cost you £130, driver tuition is £350 plus per day so this is a bargain and he is doing it as a favour to me. Any taker?

I'm not in Mike, as I'm working and all Rob would tell me is my front bilstein is leaking, but this does seem like incredible value. G

That is awfully cheap! Especially if you need a geo doing! If only my car wasn't smashed up! :( You think he'll do the Saxo? :D

He can do pretty much anything, he is best known for Lotus and MX5 though.

I'd have been tempted if Snetterton wouldn't take 5 hours to drive to and I wasn't already going for a wheel alignment and geo readout on the day before.

Looks like I won't be able to do this if I don't get a taker by lunchtime today (Monday).
