One very important thing to remember with the Saab B207 head is never use z22se spark plugs
The heads are an almost direct swap, the inlet and exhaust bolt pattern is identical and the z22se valves, springs, head bolts and head gasket can all be used, the inlet cam is also a straight swap.
However the exhaust cam is shorter on the z22se, so you must blank off the oilway and fit a suitable blanking plate over the extra auxillary drive on the Saab head.
You also lose the egr system, not a problem with your webcon throttle bodies.
You will also have to use the Saab cam cover unless you modify the exhaust auxillary takeoff so that the z22se cam cover fits.

you need to make one for the exhaust as GM never made one, the inlet cam still uses the z22se blanking plate.
Any B207 head can be fitted to the z22se engine and the coil pack / spark plug extensions just need the internal spring stretching 5mm.
