remove airbag ecu, short the wire to the stack dash light to 0v/chassis for a moment, job done until next time you disconnect battery - when you might have to short the wire again.
Does that take into account the disconnected seatbelt per tensioners...? I was told a 3 ohm resistor the use opcom to configure your car as an old corsa or Astra that doesn't have airbags..... Didn't work though for me

Wouldn't the easiest way be to measure the resistance across the airbag terminals. Buy an equiv resistor. Solder it between the squib contacts. 10 minutes work providing you have the resistor.
That would be the idea Nev. Squib gone but wiring still in place.
Vocky, are you telling me the tensioners have no influence over the airbag warning lamp at all?

I added a 2.7ohm resistor to the squib (assume this is the bit that plugs into the airbag?) Then used op com to delete the light (just passed MOT and light hasn't come back on).
As your squib is missing, maybe some way of soldering the resistor across the two wires? Assuming these wires are still in place.
It's indeed around 2.7 - 2.8 Ohms accross the 2 wires, also for the airbag. You can check the needed value with OpCom.
