I have just swapped to a saab head for mine. So my old head is now available. It has been described as a "good head" by vocky. My car is on 69k the it is immaculate. £125, located in Bath/bristol/Leeds depending where you would like to pick it up from. Delivery will be extra.
Cams to go with the head are also available (standard cams) £15.I same deal as above.

Why swapped for a Saab head?

Saab head doesn't suffer from the dreaded cracked spark plug hole like the z22se and also the ports can be opened up further

in most instances exactly the same, but the saab one is easier to port.
