This isn,t the answer I am looking for !!!!!!Take the rear clam off and remove the engine. Makes accessing the fuel filter much easier.

thanks i wasn,t 100% positifI have done it with the wheel off and liner off only with no issues, 15 minute job.

very easy to change, probably could be done from the engine cover - but the air intake pipework would have to be removed
Sarcastic of genuine response? I haven't tackled it myself, but I gathered it was a pita to do.
I have done it with the wheel off and liner off only with no issues, 15 minute job.

Just got the fuel filter to change on the VX of mine as I have never done it since new
Advice and how long am I looking for to perform this job

100% genuine I dont have the standard airbox in the way so it is fine (so Fab should be aswell)

not 100% sure, but I guess it should be changed every 50k or at a maximum of every ten years

Depends on quite a few things like fuel quality (dirty retailer tanks), how cold your tank gets (causes condensation in it), whether your lifter pump filter is torn/detached.
If you fill up with American 92 Octane fuel out of rusty fuel tanks buried in the ground 90 years ago in the swirling dusty deserts, then you'd probably want to change it really regularly!
