I've been looking at the forum on my mobile and didn't see any Pm's, whats up with the printer?

If its totally broken, for the price you paid i'm happy to drop you the money back rather then mess around?

Hi, thanks for getting back. The problems I have are that the print heads go out of alignment. I've set them up but every few pages its way off for a page and then comes back to alignment for the next few etc. I also get sporadic failure to print one of the colours. I've put a set of new, genuine epson cartriges in as a first attempt to solve it. Any ideas? I'm happy to have a play with it (ooer) to see if I can fix it. Not sure whats happened with PM's but it marked it as read a while back. Might be a mobile thing?
