Guys, In the past I have seen a picture of a VX220 (or possibly elise/exige) backbox which has had the top cut out of it to reveal the internal baffling and pipework. Could anyone point me at it or paste in here. I need to send a pic to my new fabricator for the new exhaust and give him an idea about how to deisgn it. Thanks in advance.

Is this the one you mean Nev? http://www.vx220.org...ox/page__st__20 Its the NA box tho, cant remember ever seeing a tubby one apart, though it must have been done

As a nice comparison, this is the innards of a standard 111R Elise silencer. Similar construction to the OEM VX220 silencer:
