Fleabay for a blank key with a new transponder chip in and if you have the Vauxhall Key code card (sh!tty bit of lightweight credit card sized piece of paper) that came with the car, you can program the ECU to recognise the new transponder chip using OPCOM and just get the key cut at Timpsons or wherever. Looks like this:-

Then you can buy a new remote from Abacus Car Alarms and if you have the red plastic code card, you can then program the alarm brain to recognise the additional remote. Looks like this:-

Vauxhall can definitely supply a replacement code card for the key/immobiliser side of things. Think it was about £30 when LeeVX2.2 had to get one recently. Case of taking ID and V5 into a dealership.

Vauxhall may also be able to supply the Meta Alarm red card thing as well but, it wouldn't surprise me if they have no idea whatsoever on that. You can get a new alarm ecu/brain (will also mean no suffering from wireless doorbell false alarms) from Abacus with a couple of new remotes for circa £100 IIRC and it's just a case of removing the dash cover and swapping them over, as there's nothing clever tying it into the cars systems. They may even be able to advise on the card,

just be aware of the history of the car
I paid my 30 quid got the card didn't work as my car has had a new immobiliser and ecu at some time so had to get an auto electrics specialist to remove things and read the chip cost 60 quid
But all sorted now and I have a spare working key

Timpsons (the key-cutters) CLAIM to be able to program the transponders by reading an original key (i.e. no codes or cards required.) Can't vouch for it though.
