Is there a code or part number I can get ? And where's cheap ? Thanks guys Or shall I get nkg 7 ??? Don't know what to do help anybody who's had experience.

What power are you running? Here's part of an email from Mark at CS 6EIX plugs will be fine. The suggested plug by NGK for a standard car is the 5EIX, and we use the cooler 6EIX in standard and cars up to around 300bhp, so the 6EIX is already a cooler plug than the original recommendation and will be fine
