Hi from Hong Kong. I am a new owner of a 2003 Opel Speedster (VX220) She is turbo VX and fully original and I am going to keep as she is. She just done 40,000km and I love her very much. Nice to meet all VX220 owners here. Happy New Year! Adrian

Very nice and welcome, where did you get 'her' from as your in Hong Kong, there weren't many RHD Opels made.

Keep it away from those crazy taxi drivers in the new territories! Getting a new clam in HK must be near impossible

You say that but if anywhere in the world someone can do a replica I suspect Hong Kong is a good place.

Welcome Adrian, no need to worry about the crappy heater over in HK, but air con would certainly be a nice to have. Also make sure you re proof the roof, as you don't just get showers over there.....you don't want to spot the leak just as a monsoon rainstorm hits.

Hi Adrian,

 

     I am also driving an orange speedster in HK.  heard only 4 speedster ever imported to hk. 3 are turbo and 1 is NA.  Are you interested to catch up for weekend morning drive?
