Bit Of An Update On What We've Been Up To The Last Few Weeks

The last mold we have done is the interior trim pieces from the hardtops. This was something I didnt have done originally so thought it would be nice to have the option available:
Even has a foam backing as per OEM:
VX220 front clam is well progressed this is a pic from earlier on in the process. The pattern maker is just about to start sticking the GRP on the clam now so we are very nearly there with that:
Also got a new roof design on the way through. Pinched an Exige scoop and grafted it onto an OEM roof to create this. It has a grille and surround to go on the front just like the Exige:
Also completed OEM replicas of the Exige front and rear ends:
Working on a carbon roof for the VX and another few bits for the Elise. Busy times!

VX coupe rear is a possibility. There was some interest in doing the stock rears so it would be ideal to do one after taking an OEM mold. Having the Exige bits on hand is good I think thats probably the way to go for a full road going enclosed rear.
Can you please do this jonny
I would love a proper coupe'd rear clam that takes the exige boot lid
Great work done there by you and your guys
at least we can get some proper replacement clams now
You don't know how many times I've had to stop my self running off to the garage with the spray foam and some card to make up a coupe'd rear clam
truth is I'd have a go at it and make a proper mess of it !!!
Glad people like you are around

Definitely interested in one of those ;-)What I had in mind would mean a rear clam/roof/rollbar delete pretty committed stuff!
