You'll have to excuse my lack of knowledge on the subject as I’ve never owned or worked on the N/A, but I’ve noticed a couple of posts wanting a cheap oil filter wrench similar to the one TAT sell - shown below

http://www.tat-concept.com/en/catalog/opel-speedster-vx220/speedster-vx220-n-a/engine-gearbox/275-oil-filter-unblocking-tools.html

I know a man that does laser cutting cheaply; I’ve used him for loads of bits on my kit car and can't fault him.

If there is some interest in this say minimum of 10 people, I’ll measure up, do a cad drawing and send it to the laser cutting man for a quote.
if the price is something that people on here are happy with i'll get a sample made and send it out to one lucky .org-er free of charge to get some feedback on it

I can’t say for sure on prices but based on work i've had done by him previously, i cant see it being more than £35 for the pair of tools.

so, if you're interested can you put your name down, and if there's 10 people interested i'll get to work :D

Thanks, andy

I'd be interested. It would have to be a hard grade of steel though.

You can make a copy or I can arrange a group buy with tat for the ones shown above, probably for not a lot more.

TAT want roughly £47 on their website, how much would they be with a group buy discount ?

£47 + £17 postage, so £63 I should think £45 posted ought to be possible :)

JG by all means see what price you can do on a group buy i guessed £35 for the tools but that is the highest i would expect, so will more than liekly be cheaper than that we've got 10 people now anyway so i'll make a drawing and get in touch with the laser cutting bloke and i'll report back after my hols group buy is not limited to 10 people though, so stick your name down if youre still interested thanks, andy
