Generic grease, copper grease and I think 'Durloc' or something along those lines (For non similar metals) would be a decent start...

ACF-50 appears to be well regarded, ive bought some and plan to give everything a good coat once finished along with lithium grease on all bolt heads. Time will tell if its any good!

Having removed mine I'll shortly be needing to put it all back together with right type of grease in the right place. Would one of the knowledgeable people on here be able to give a brief run down of what grease to use where? May a very short explanation of why. Then it could be stuck in the guides section for future reference. Permabond A130 threadlock for HCB's. Copper grease for bolt threads - only ones you dont torque? or all? Duralac for between 2 different metal surfaces? ie chassis and bolts? (alu - steel?) ACF-50 for ?? Waxoyl to protect bolt heads from rust ?

ACF-50 for ??

For spraying everything, once it's all put back together. I also used proper ACF-50 corrosion block grease in a few places, to make sure.

Excellent. So just a case of spray everything under the arch liners with it? Does copper grease get put on all bolt threads or no torque value ones?

If you follow the instructions here, it tells you what to apply where:

http://www.tadts.com...ion/100018.html

then spray everything withACF50 when you're done

Was very useful in a couple of spots for taking it all apart. However just scanned through the re-assembly and can only see it mention duralac on 2 parts and no other greases mentioned....
