Aye its cracking. Should be a good meeting. Weather looks favourable too. I look forward to seeing the cars turn out smart then turning into carnage. Lol. Saloon World this year in August. You should get up for that.

Im sure hot rods were on last weekend. I do love the hot rods. They do meetings at Lochgelly, Knockhill and Crimond too Racewall is the place to see though, awesome.

And so underrated!! Same amount of cars you get on big circuits like silverstone all crammed into a quarter mile oval with no run off areas and (depending on the race) the fastest/highest point scorers start at the back of the grid.

Yup fixture list shows a Hot Rod World Qualifiying round next weekend along with Saloons and the BriSCA F2's. He'll be up for that. Make the trip up dude.

He's pretty nifty at it, I don't think I'll be able to make it up with him but he's number 745, purple and orange saxo, he'll probably do alright normally finishes in a decent position on the grid! He competed in the South Africa championship last year, won that! Tbh I'd love to make it to more races with him but they always seem to clash with work! I'll find out what he's actually doing up with you, I'd imagine it was also world championship qualifying as it's a long way to go!

Found him. He's in 2ltr Hot Rods rather than the nationals. He'll be racing at Lochgelly theres a weekender on 27/28th april. Wow this is a blast from the past! Fondly remember BMXing to Brafield International Raceway - 6 miles is not easy with one gear - sneaking under the fence to watch the F1 stock cars.

Tempted to pop along and catch a couple of events this season (probably not on a BMX though!)
