Lotus sold their entire stock of B116A0114F side mounts to Vauxhall, so zero stock thumbsdown

Autovaux have sold out of their pattern side mounts and haven't ordered any more, so zero stock thumbsdown

Vauxhall want £105 EACH for 93172350 :angry2:

Autovaux can supply the genuine part for £90 until Vauxhall's stock runs out

Then it will be just Vibra Technics at £135 EACH :o

Worth mentioning that adding poly inserts to the front and rear engine mounts are assumed to prolong the life of the side mounts. Simple and cheap bit of preventative maintenance.

Should we avoid any quick starts until this situation is resolved? thumbsdown (Ah, are the side mounts the ones that don't tend to break from traffic light GP?)

Where did autovaux source the pattern ones from? Surely they see there is a clear market for them. I have a spare used one that I removed from users driver side when I replaced both

Do these things have a shelf life in regards to the rubber perishing over time?

Thought I might hold on to them for the next 20 years servicing.....or charge 50 each next time they go out of stock!
