Buying myself the Seat Leon Cupra R Mk1 splitter for my Vx220.

Would like a bit of advice on fitting, what other parts are required (bolts etc). Hopefully be an easy enough fit for a budding mechanic.

I bought one, chopped the Sh*t out of it (you need to remove all the tabs on the top), and then realised I'd make an arse of fitting it and end up with extra holes in the front clam.. Still, I think they look pretty decent if done correctly.

Be better getting a Robin or FLD (if he still makes them) splitter..

Is Robin still making them? Seen them from a discussion a few years ago and I like. They were pretty cheap too.

Pretty easy to fit tbh just need to cut the raised part out and the ends off you can v the radius on the corner s to make it bend easier. I used self tapping roofing screws with felt washers bit unotheradox but works a treat super strong and bit of give with the washers. Think if it pulls out will user rawl nuts. But don't think it will. The hardest part was getting the car up high enough to get the drill in from underneath!
