Hi guys, shock horror ANOTHER brake related thread from me :D

Not too much work to go on this system but need a little help.

So I'm fitting an inline bias valve to give me the opportunity to reduce the pressure to the rear calipers.  As I've deviated from standard plumbing (ie no ABS manifold) then I need to identify some of the threads used so as to be able to order some custom lines....

[*]The Master cylinder....  Does anybody know the thread size for the connections into the master cylinder.
[*]The fittings circled in red in drawing #1.  Does anybody know what thread this is?
[*]The threads in the actual AP bias valve need to be identified also.  I have a data sheet below drawing #2 but I'm a little confused by it as it says it's a 10mm metric (fine) thread....?  Didn't know metric threads were used in braking systems, thought it was all UNF and such like....?  This sound right..?
[*]Does anybody know the approx hydraulic pressure in the brake lines when we stomp on the pedal..?
M10x1 will be most connections on everything....

BUT - the ABS unit at least has some of the bigger (perhaps) m12 fine types in it from memory. - Possible these are in the master too.

These are tricky to get hold of.

Basically if its not a stupid wilwood part and its the small (11mm spanner) fitting, its m10x1.

Pressure typically 50-100bar max was my estimate for sensible pedal loads. Its a bit daft as you could be a body builder and exert enough force to snap the pedal.

Certainly it will be less than 200bar.

As I remember most brake line connections throughout the car are m10x1.

Drawing 2 calls for m10x1 thread at the valve ports.

Max line pressure for car brake hydraulics is normally about 2000psi.
