I need to order asap as I have car parts sitting all over Batmans and Vockys houses that are pending the exhaust for a conversion. Sooner or later they are going to get pissed at me.

So I may just have to bite the bullet and order if this is not going to be resolved quickly….

Westkenbrit- are you looking at the HJS cat GB? They're going to be about the only cat that will stand up to the harrop power.... I'd only be Intrested in this GB if said cat could be fitted by tullet.

Hey Artic,

I'll take a look but the concern around the CAT standing up to the Harrop was why I was going for the interchangeable decat. So I could pop the 200 cell sport cat in at MOT time and run the Decat at other times. By "other times" I mean on the track only - obviously - as I would use the 200 cell for the limited road use it would get

Adding up your shopping list it would work out cheaper if not the same cost to get a HJS cat than having two different items. Other bonus is not having to brake apart your exhaust to swop over. Another being it might be tricky to run a wide band (to optimise OBD software) if you run a decat. Also others (I believe techie) acturly lost power with a decat. Food for thought though.

Mmmm, just had a look at the group buy Artic If they can supply a CAT that will pass mots and survive a harrop that fits the 3" tullet kit then I could probably be convinced.... At the moment seems to be only Vocky on the list though...!

From what I understand, tullet (if asked) will fit these HJS cats to their systems. The cat GB would have me and you added and possibly some more (you know how .org work) I'm not planning on buying twice when it comes to an exhaust. After the manifold and downpipe/cat. I'll be waiting on a better back box before I buy a tullet one though. A tubby back box can be made to fit till then.

Not enought numbers...and another group buy from a different forum was being run at the same time...people who wanted bits ended up jumping on that IIRC...
