Cheers aimy, I checked him out for a repair when someone drove into the side of me after your recommendation. His work looks great but would have cost almost as much as I paid for the car! Depends on if the other guys insurance will pay for it I guess. He's not the cheapest but If you want a mint job I can't recommend Chris Gregory enough! He's done my dads car as well as vx's lotus's etc

It was Jakbvx in Ilkeston - looked v nice. He had a line green one for a while tooIts a lovely colour I have to admit. I know of two others in this colour, a turbo model that was down in Wales? at some stage but has since moved abroad. More recently a lad down in Nottingham resprayed his N/A (and then supercharged it!) its looks like mine, minus he has a spoiler and a few other bits which look really nice too! Depending on time frames of how quickly you get it back and want it spraying I do pop up your way every so often and I am set to go up again in next month or so if you want a look over it? Cant promise the weather will be the best to show it off in its full glory. Might make this accident a little less painless!
They've admitted responsibility and his insurance called tonight to try and pay me off. She pretty much hung up immediately when I said I had a company handling my claim. Mr T. Spark, I love that Mexico blue and it's got me thinking about a full respray. Is yours the only one that colour?God damn it! As above, witnesses? Hope its sorted quick fella

OK let me know when you're passing. No idea how long this is going to take to sort out (they assess the damage tomorrow ) so would love to see the car if you're in the area

They didn't mention chassis damage but I'm waiting for the written report. Can't see it having any as wasn't travelling too fast but I'll make sure before agreeing to it

To be fair as a non cat car I estimated it to be worth about £7,250 due to spec. They offered me that as a settlement figure and let me buy the car back as a cat d for £2,000
