I'd offer you the mould but shipping it will probably negate any cost of making one yourself.

I'd offer you the mould but shipping it will probably negate any cost of making one yourself.
Shipping the finished item however...
Tell me about it. You should see the size of the moulds for my bonnet. Once you add flanges too a part the start getting big. Then there's the weight of the damn things.
