No, all good. Wheels only a few cm off the Ramp surface before switching to Plan B, so not too scary 
B and C should be fine. I know this because I expressed my concerns to my local garage when using these. He said it would be fine and went on to 'reassure' me by yanking down on the rear of the car several times

MOT garage used Just A initially the other day while on the lift (both sides), to check the suspension. Car was like a seesaw...
