Will it ever happen? :tumble: Be nice to just unlatch and swing up the rear clam for engine access.

:yeahthat: Reckon a hinged sub frame for the clam wood do the trick. Lots of examples out there.

Can't recall any jules. I'm sure in these times there's a decent engineering shop out there that would welcome the work. Just not near me.

If I've been waiting for one thing in the 8/9 years I've had my vx it's been some sort of quick release 'kit' I'm not even bothered about it being hinged.

Guess it depends if your doing it yourself or not as I'd imagine it would be quite labour intensive?
