So, after three years the girl is up for sale.
Bought her in April 2011 from a forum member in Blackheath, London as a slightly tweaked 2.2 n/a with a genuine 16,619 miles. Currently she has covered just 26,600 which will move slightly and the car is still in London. Always garaged and covered and has been used as a dry weekend toy only.

As far as I am aware the car has never been tracked, is HPI clear and is not CAT registered at all.

Silver – Body work in excellent condition, no bubbling on clam, small paint bubble on drivers door, some front clam stone rash. All black grilles have been treated and painted every year. Windscreen has a small stone chip treated by autoglass in 2012. Brand new TAT short diffuser added in 2012. Front clam bolts replaced when supercharge conversion done. Also has the passenger and drivers side sill pockets.

VSE – Vauxhall Sports Exhaust with chrome pipes, 200 cell sports cat, pre-cat removed. Pops, bangs and is loud.
OEM Hardtop (windscreen surround colour) with all internal trim covers and Opel Speedster padded hard top cover. Hardtop in excellent condition. I changed the hardtop mountings to the correct plastic ones to ensure a perfect fit.
Soft top – in excellent condition and treated annually with Autoglym soft-top cleaner and protector. Comes with soft-top bag.
Brembo grooved and drilled discs and Mintex 1144 - pads new 31/5/2012
Brake Fluid change – 22/02/2013
Full service history and has been maintained whilst in my ownership by Morland Lotus and Back on Track Motorsport, Guildford. New battery when I bought the car, new Platinum spark plugs, replacement Bosch water pump for charge cooler. Engine mounts replaced in January 2012. Cool running thermostat, new coolant bottle with carbon effect cover.
Serviced every year regardless of usage.
Suspension all standard.
Tyres – Excellent condition. I have been running the following since 2012 –
Fronts - Toyo Proxes 4 – 195/45
Rears – Pirelli P6000 – 225/45
Interior – Few very light marks on drivers sill, some drivers seat bolster wear, changed door cards to black leather ones, mats in great condition. Changed gear knob to shiney one.
Points to note –
Air bag light is on – But will be rectified (I hope) before sale. This does not in anyway affect the car.
Front clam has some scratches on near to the windscreen after a windscreen wiper incident at 70mph (photos below)
My girl has never let me down, never failed to start and not missed a beat in the 3 years I have owned her. She is a well known car to forum members and has not wanted for anything in my ownership. Everyone who has worked on the car in the last three years has always been incredibly complimentary regards the condition and standard of the car.
