When I bought my VX in May 2012 I did all the Newbie things that experienced forum members warn against. I bought a 'cheap' NA with ropey bodywork and an insufficiently explained Cat D status. I didn't care, I wanted my VX and I didn't want to wait until I could afford a better one. Happily, I still don't care - I love my car! Yes, I've now spent way more on it than I would have done if I'd waited and bought a sorted one, but this way I got to sort it myself and that means I got to paint it purple!
I was going to write a long post about the work I had done, how I decided upon the colour, how I felt before/during/after the work, but I know you're only interested in the pictures
So, with much thanks to Ash at Relentless Performance, who is a man who knows his GRP and a true perfectionist.
