There is a chance that I MAY be in a position to reorder my new car (See "Tiguan Experience" thread)... So, do I reorder the same car (Black Tiguan 2.0TDi 177 with the same options) or do I now look at a Q3 (Same engine, similar specs)... The Q3 was a little too dear when I ordered the Tiguan originally, but I might be able to go to the Q3 now as they have a new spec level (S Line Plus) that brings it back in line spec wise with the R-Line Tiguan plus extras. So... Q3 or Tiguan? (I'm leaning towards Q3 at the moment, plus I can have it in brighter colours than the Tiguan!)

I'd go for the q3. Saves having the same car again.

Are they the same size?

I was told that the Q3 is smaller than a Tiguan.

My recent experiences of Audi dealers swayed me towards a VW.

Q3 all the way. Had a drive out in one and I thought it was well appointed. Looks smarter too. Just IMHO :)

Because they're a bit shitter.

I'd stick with a better-equipped Tiguan myself Lee - though you already know I'd rather have a Yeti if it were my choice.

What about an Evoque Pure Tech Graeme? My Q3 spec'ing took me up to 39k pre discount... 36k with my local dealer. An Evoque could be around that money.

Evoque won't be practical enough for twins lee - boot is pretty small from memory.

I suspect LR have cheekily listed to roofline figure not window line like VAG.

You would suit a Q3.

Having followed a brand new example of each, one on the way to Matt Bentley's and one on the return, today, I reckon the Tiguan looks better.

I'd rather have the Audi interior in the VW body. So not much help.
