I've not done any posts with race reports for ages, but I'll keep this one brief!

Qually was a nightmare, couldn't get a lap and best was P2  lots of traffic and so much time left on the table.

Took the lead from the flag but like last race its very close between me and Adrian Hall and we traded places, great racing.  I got the best of the pits stops and pulled a lead then the safety car came out after the second big crash and I fcuked up and passed under yellows as the flag dropped.  I went on to win the race then got jogged back 10 secs for my flag infringement leaving me 4th and 2nd in class.

Very close at the front.  Car is over ten secs a lap slower in this years race trim but really glad I downgraded as the racing is terrific.  Loads of competitive cars and drivers and very close at the front. I think me and Adrian Hall will be trading places all year!!

Fantastic Randy... So similar in pace to the V6.... Looks very very rapid :) What's the full spec... Dampers, weight etc if you don't mind telling. Looking forward to catching up on Motors/motul YouTube channel :)

Its been down tuned this year to meet LOTRDC spec so its 260@ the hubs but across a very big rev range (4K to 8250) on a largely stock engine (rods, VXR pistons, balanced, dry sump) and a stock m32 box with ATB.  Running my own spec 46mm Nitrons, weighs about 875KG dry without driver so its lardy and about 35 kg overweight for the regs as it stands. Stock uprights, wishbones etc with my own brake setup and aero and importantly cooling package.  V6's are a little behind the game at the moment.  I still have more to come from the car but its hard to find the time to get through the various mods I have planned!

How are you getting on with 46's? I am struggling with my 375 475 Nitrons on my n/a (jake hill thread in the track day section) and I'm thinking of getting them re-valved.... To maybe 450 575 as suggested by scuffers Just wondering if it's really worth dumping them for 46's and what the major benefits are? Firthy

Took me a long time to find a setup on the 46's but now I have done they are great. I had to change the main piston to a different design so I could use a sensible shim stack so my setups are now very different to 'stock' but they definitely work and I found lap time over the 40's.
