Such a terrible weekend for motorsport during the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix. Barrichello's accident in the Jordan, then the two fatal crashes, Roland and Ayrton. At the race start Pedro Lamy crashed in to Lehto stalled on the grid , sending debris into the spectators.

I thought Sky's 'The last team mate' was very well done. First bit of decent film from the Sky F1 team
In particular there was no gratuitous showing of any of the accidents instead it was a reflextion that week end. Damon hill's acknowledgement of his success being in (most) part due to Senna's death and the discomfort that resides with him as a result was particularly poingnant.

I had the pleasure of meeting Senna on a random testing weekend at Silverstone in 1988. We stood in the garages in the pit lane watching the mechanics with the car, no crowds, no people. No-one around at all. He walked in, shook our hands, chatted to us for a few minutes and drove out. Amazing, we were star struck.
Such a loss.
