Ouch!

Mrs Foxy has a 140i, and I agree with you on the depreciation hit. But she wanted 4/5 doors and is under orders to keep it for a long time otherwise an M2 would have been on the shortlist.
I’m hoping that as last of line rwd 6cyl m-lite the depreciation curve will soften drastically.

Have you had much interest in the Evora? I might sell mine in the spring but as you say the depreciation is glacial (the Evora has done much better than my financial investments  ) so I’m not particularly motivated to sell, but I’m not using it much.

Agreed Martin, it’s no looker. The 235/M2 looks more in proportion.

The phone hasn't been ringing off the hook but I've got two guys who seem really interested, just need to agree on a mutually agreeable price.

In no massive rush to sell so going to see where we get to once it's serviced and mot'd. Worst case I'll keep it until the weather improves.

That’s not bad considering the time of year and economic climate. thumbsup

Mine sold surprisingly quickly enough back in Dec. Let Silverstone have it on SOR basis and it sold 11 days after being in their showroom.
Managed to get what I wanted for it after the SOR fees so the market is still there for good examples

I'd get a normal M140i (I love ours)

Better engine, just as fast, not as stolen (Marginally).

Not my ownership experience..

I found myself doing the man-maths on this (it works), but I think Martin would be reluctant to sell to me after my chequered history with the previous Donkey-mobile..  :poke:  :(
