Just back in after the LOTRDC round at Spa. We scored pole, fastest lap and led the race for the most part until the fuel pump died unexpectedly (Posted Image ). The Europa was epic though, here is my fastest lap of the weekend which was a 2:38.3. For perspective my old Exige did a 2:40 with 290@ the hubs and 750 kg and the Europa has 260@ the hubs and 840kg. Nobody got anywhere near this lap time through the weekend, both in Cup UK, Europa and Eastern Europe. Credit to all the work I do with Nitron on the 46mm dampers, the engine work with TDI, the cooling setup I've done with Pro-Alloy and recently the aero work which gives me the speed through the quicker corners.

Fantastic. Love the Eau Rouge/Raidillon corners. Wish i had the balls  to take those anywhere near the way you do. I just chicken out every time!

EPIC stuff

Thanks for posting Chris, you and the car certainly making Spa look a quick easy lap! Looks very similar to the pace I went round in my audi powered Renault 5..........................................NOT :D lol

Fook taking Eau Rouge like you do, not enough tallent in my sport billy bag for driving at those limits ;)

Loved watching that. I now have a new line to try on Eau Rouge next year :)  - pretty brutal cutting of the first apex really sets you up for the hill.

Your corner speed all over is great. Whatever you've done to that car is clearly working! Driver may have something to do with it as well  ;)

Keep sharing  thumbsup

must have been tempting to just get in one lap with full afterburner turned on , during practice does the car still have to run within regs, or can you test things.

Glad you guys enjoyed it.  The car really goes well on that track :-)

Its tempting to wind it up but we didn't have *that* much track time so I was more interested in getting the practice time in with a representative power level and if I added 200bhp it would throw all my braking points just a little!!
