Should be going to view a red vxt advertised on here later this week

The service history is missing a little at the beginning as follows
Service history:-
1st - 09/05
2nd - 01/08
3rd - 06/09
4th - 06/10
5th - 10/11
6th - 4/12
7th - 10/13 cambelt etc...
Doesnt seem a big issue but any thoughts on this and anything else?

Depending where about in Norfolk it is I may be able to come along though I have no ideas on the tubby engine but suspension etc I can certainly have a look.
