Both my side light and headlight switches appear to have failed and no longer "switch", which was not helpful as it was rather dull on the M20 this morning. Are these switches easily obtainable and where from please? Thanks

Vectra air con switch iirc

out of all the vectra switches vauxhall told me the front fog light was the cheapest option, then I think it was the heated seat switch, maybe worth asking them to price a few different types up? I went the eBay route for a second hand switch but the illumination bulb didn't work and there not replaceable,so ended up buying new from vauxhall.so sometimes cheap option works out more expensive.

Check the switches are properly connected to the wiring sockets behind the switches.

Thanks. Had the whole lot out yesterday and it defo appears that the two light switches have lost their "switch ness" ie they don't "click" any more.

You can get the switches on eBay. Have the tiny springs been lost?
