Removing Awkward Front Clam Bolts?

Been trying to remove the front clam today and stuck on removing two bolts which have lots their threads for the allen key... New bolts ordered

Any advice on how to remove the bolts without damaging the clam?

Bolt exstractor , Nut type for consealed bolt, Stud type for exposed bolt.

upper door post bolts - either cut them off with a reciprocating saw or remove the door and drill them out  :mellow:

that second bonnet stay bolt , probably leave it be

I used a Dremel to cut a big slot and then used a really big screwdriver.

That one is pretty easy with a 13mm spanner on the top nut and a 2nd spanner on the one below...

Apart from replacing it just for sake of going stainless , I've never touched the bonnet one.

Got the bonnet stay out finally yesterday, still not got the door one out. Going to try and cut it out tomorrow
