I'm going to give my M62 a bit of a clean and change oil Does anyone no how to setup the actuator When I installed the SC a few years ago the actuator was lose I just put a few bolts in it to hold it. Would like to just double check it's working correctly So any advice help would be appreciated

Hmmm, difficult to describe as it's mostly a "feeling" process.

The actuator should put a decent sprin-load on the flap to hold it closed and I always try to allign it so the rod pulls fairly straight. And the screw stopper is there to prevent the flap from sticking to the sides, so adjust that to just before the sticking point...

Chill it looks like there is a preload tool. Maybe you could loan off Evo Carlos? https://z22se.co.uk/...d.24909/page-29
