does any one have the stereo removal tool for the VDO Dayton in an NA that they wouldn't mind lending or selling me? I want to install the speed varying volume control mod, but cant get the flipping stereo out! Any other ways of doing it gretfully accepted. Jim

I thought this was just the normal two prong radio keys??? Surely you can get these from any motoring shop for next to nothing??

Nods. Or you can use a coathanger. If you are still stuck later, I can stick mine in the post if you'd like. It does mean I'd have to find them first though, so only ask if you're desperate... ;)

Save yer money! I took mine out using 4 x terminal screwdrivers very easily..... mind you, being of an electrical trade background i do happen to own 4 screwdrivers!! For those that dont, use 2 x pieces of wire coathanger each bent into a 'U' shape and they should work a treat

Be careful with the ali surround, as it scratches easliy. Dont forget to put the surround on prior to reinsertion otherwise it will break, if you do it with set insitue. :D
