I can't believe you, paul CP and Sizeten are considering this.   :o 710 miles!!! B)

It's 590 miles from Calais so not much more really. Looking at spending a few days more around Zandy beforehand to have a break from tracking/travelling

Another option is to come back Sunday giving a day to visit Amsterdam that's on 30 minutes on a train

I'll be doing this. NH Zandvoort hotel booked. Planning on wed night crossing and returning sun afternoon. Is there any benefit to booking the crossing already? Does it get fully booked or price rises?

tunnel run

My only option, if Jo is to come. She won't go on a 1 hour ferry crossing, let alone a 6 or 8 hour crossing.

Don't forget you only need a cabin on the way over, unless your doing a night crossing on the way back too

Certainly the cheapest option is to use my tesco tunnel vouchers and blast it up to Zandie from Calais in one hit. It's a shame that the trip is one of the most boring 5 hours you'll ever have with the craziest twat head drivers in the world sharing the road with you. This however is still an option for me.

Here's what it cost me, outbound is certain so I did their economy fare plus the mandatory cabin. Did the flex on the way back but don't need a cabin, oh and the fare is slightly cheaper on the Sunday.
