Done window surround / v and petrol cap, quite robust and doesnt look to bad but the v and surround didnt bond well and lasted about 4 weeks.

Best part is you can peel it off when you make a mess of it

Tempted myself. I like the Blaze blue example, though not sure how it will fade. My V and Window surround look exactly like it did when I sprayed it over a year ago. Not even any stome chips in it and it gets washed with a net covered bug sponge without any issues. Simply cleaned and degreased it and just sprayed it. As said peels off really easily if you don't like it.

Does Rattlecan vs Spraygun make a big difference ?

Might be tempted to do this. Constantly get hassle from the wife and kids about mine being Yellow...

Haven't really got any close up photos, but a few pic's';

Can't comment on the spray can vs gun but if you wanted to add / tinker with the standard colors then you'd need a gun..

(the black one is Bolt666's which came up much better)

After learning from the mistakes done previously think I could do a much better job now!

Almost 4 years on.... hoes the paint doing?

I've done mine Matt black almost a month ago, and looks fine so far with no stone chips & almost 200 miles.

The white was removed and then sprayed Matt isg grey a few years ago.

The cars been on the back burner for a few years, slowly preparing for paint...

Where the paint was good underneath the plastic dip the plastic dip has held up near perfect... And to be fair I've probably only washed it once or twice...

Found that excessive amounts of WD40 is best for removal..
