I have a stage 3 engine and going to put the supercharger off my stage 2 on it, I have 2.9 pulley to go on and doing the dual pass mod, is there anything else I need I assume I need a shorter belt, am I right in saying 1270? Putting a 255 fuel pump in, do you need to do anything to the fuel lines Thanks Then just the exhaust to sort, what a nightmare that is, needs to be quiet as thruxton is my nearest circuit, Also who can map the Dutch ecu, anybody near to Berkshire?

Has it got cams ?? If your willing to drive to cheshire I will do it for you The journey won't be wasted as you can do the fuel learn on the way I run a 1270 with a 3.1 pulley so it might be a little big bit might get away with it

Engine is courtenays stage 3

What does that mean in detail? (ie what has actually been done to the engine)

I run a 2.9" pulley on mine you do get an annoyingly loud banshee whine from the induction with this size (and probably a world of IAT issues).

Was that a full 2.5 system including manifold? What would happen if I kept the standard pre cat removed exhaust ? Would it really strangle the engine ? It was 247bhp at stage 2

It maybe a bit restrictive but I'm sure you can get 270+ HP If you have standard manifold I'm sure you will crack that very quickly Do you know anything about engine internals as a stage three engine is very vague

CS give a brief description of a stage 3 engine on their Web site.

Very brief Stage 3 conversion; further management enhancements, re-worked cylinder head, steel rods and cams, injector and pulley change. Gains to 290-300bhp with 250lb ft torque. With the option of a harrop supercharger and engine rebuild with stronger pistons gains up to 380bhp. - POA Please call to discuss your requirements.
