Time to sell I think, Porsche itch needs scratching, and I've owned my 06 plate tubby for nigh on six years now. 60k miles, as seen in Classic and Sports car magazine back in May 2013, Coral Blue, blue seats, factory hard top been in its bag in loft as never used it, only on car to get it home from Adrian Blyth's showroom. Car is immaculate, even boasts a Fezzasus heater. Looking for something like £15k with the hardtop. Prepared to discuss price, but not prepared to give it away.

Based in Hampshire, service book fully stamped. I bought it on its first MoT, as far as I know I'm its second owner. Car is completely standard, apart from replacement heater.

Picture shows the car at Le Mans the other year with Red Bull stickers, one day I'll grow up and buy a Ford !

£15? Bargain. Assuming you meant £15 and not £15k?

Looking at a Boxter S without the satnav, hoping not silver although the majority seem to be. Don't like the side profile with the hood up, but I'm known for always driving topless, so I can live with that. The fact that mine is very standard seems to be a plus point for those looking to join the VX club, maybe not for present owners. Had a couple of tyre kickers along so far but may have to wait for the better weather.

Nice to hear from you, I'm originally from Skipton, but a visit once a year reminds me why I live in Hampshire  :poke:

I went and looked at a couple at AB showroom easter 2006 and he does keep very nice stock there. Have you checked what they would offer you ?

ps. Boxster S here too , yep its silver mark I, tons of options like psm, 18" 911 turbo wheel

pps. I like its looks with the softop, but I find the side profile with the hardtop not so nice

ppps. get one with the heated seats

Popped into AB, literally just back home, offered to buy the VX cash plus £500 for the hardtop.  I presume he'd offer more as a p/x, but now I know the bottom line if I had to sell. Maybe I should throw the Honda 500 into the pot and see what I can get !

My wife would like the heated seat, me, I like it cool and draughty

Found the Boxster I want, now really really want to sell the car (note sell, not give away) so have reduced price to £13,750, it's on PH, plus the hard top by separate negotiation.

As a certain ad says, if a certain brewery made cars, this would be one of theirs. Maybe one of the best standard VX's around, near 60k miles, any inspection, will come with a new MoT. Been mine for last 6 years, fitted all  new shocks last year.
