It's coming out at around 50 quid uninsured.  If I add insurance it's more than double that!

I usually do them in black at £115.  Please be aware that if it shows up damaged there is no insurance / compensation at all with the 60 quid for post

@FLD: which mounting points do you have choosen? Are these all stock points where the clam and front panel is attached to? And how have you get the pattern on the splitter to drill the holes on the right position? :)

The holes that are marked on the moulding are formed by drilling the mould and bonding in dome head rivets.  The holes as marked are in the position where they were on the splitter I took a mould from.  These don't line up with any of the holes in the clam.  I would recomend a different approach to fitting but this is just my method:

1) tape the splitter in place with masking tape

2) drop one side and put a dot of paint on each of the two spot lamp bracket bolts

3) carefully re-raise the end into place.

4) remove it a drill holes where the paint dotted the splitter

5) bolt up that end loosely

6) repeat on the second side

7) drill a series of holes along the length and add bolts through with large penny washers

8) admire your work!

I'll do it at 100 quid if you sort the shipping.  The quotes I got were just from google searching.  I'm in bollington cheshire if you need a reference to get quotes.
