I give you the TVS1900 LSJ!

1.9 litres of supercharged goodness

My money is on Lee being first to bite :)

here

For those anxiously waiting for a larger supercharger option than the TVS 1320, we are proud to announce this product is available now. Performance advantages of the 1900 supercharger over the 1320 are as follows. This upgraded supercharger is larger then the 1320 (1.9L vs. 1.3L) and a little more efficient. Because of this we can spin the supercharger at a lower speed which will produce more power and less heat. Highly modified engines with this supercharger will be 550 whp capable.

Further features of the TVS 1900 include:

Eatons latest TVS technology in supercharging.
Bolt-on solution for the 2.0L.
Adaptors included for the throttle body and the intake manifold, simply remove the production M62 and replace it with the TVS 1900.
Interchangeable pulleys - shipped with a pulley size of your choice.
Designed for the higher-flowing LS4 throttle body, but the original throttle body will also fit.

No results yet from our US collegues with this, but to me it seems a bit silly to put a 1,9l charger onto a 2.0l engine...

We still need find the real limits of the 1320TVS, as currently we seem to be limited by our insufficient chargecooling. (and if you want big HP numbers, go turbo.)

When I was spending stupid amounts on the the car I did look at the 1900, cheaper direct from Harrop as in Aussie than the States not certain it would have gone in a suitcase though, ;-) however it is not going to fit unless you have a coupe, not certain a raised boot would be ok as the hinges will be a problem not to mention the firewall may need a modding, cutout would probably be ok it may turn slower therefore less heat but you are still trying to cram all that air into a small intake manifold, We need someone to try though, someone with a coupe. :-) O if you do buy from Aussie you may need to make the plate for the lsj manifold, they didn't do it when I asked bit I see that OTT has it so wonder if they had them made specially for Harrop made them.

How much would my harrop be worth? I wonder if peters software can work with this as I'm tempted if there's not a lot involved. What problems and limiting factor do you guys reckon that will need addressing if this was fitted. Would a 3 inch exhaust still be enough to cope or would I be looking at a 3.5 inch exhaust? I'm not worried about liners to much but what I'm thinking is if say this was fitted and mapped to a reduce bhp then inlet temps are going to improve. I wouldn't mind 450bhp as well 😄

Size I'm not botherd about as there's ways round that to make it fit. It looks to be a bolt on item as it replaces the m62 so no messing there with adapters.

Don't get a 3.5" inch exhaust whatever you do, far far too noisy.

Suppose you wouldn't know what the 3 inch can take unless it's push to its limits. I wouldn't want to change my exhaust again for the sakes of it tbh.
