I'm not quite so sure it's looking so cheap with all those nice new bits; doubtless cheaper than a VX though. What does it weigh with fuel (but no driver)?

Think you will find its still project cheap, we are not cutting costs, spax shocks £100 for the set, TD's £200 (selling std alloys & tyres) only thing we haven't cut costs on are the RSR's.

Also, as the car is 50/50, costs are perfect, parts for the MGTF are mega cheap compared to lotus-style brands.

We have spent less than a set of Nitrons & tyres for my exige total inc track days

Cool, cheap motoring where you aren't too worried about stuffing it into a hedge/barrier sounds very sensible.

Funnily enough I just saw an MGF hurtling round Castle Coombe, seemed to be doing quite well on the bends.

How much does it weigh with fuel (but no driver) again please?

GL.

So bitter Nev. The funny thing is you've got the balls of a stud field mouse in reality.

I wasn't bitter, just that when seeing your rearward opening project canopy I remember thinking to myself it could be highly dangerous if not tackled well. Lo and behold your light fell out and luckily didn't cause a serious accident for the people behind. As for balls, I think you need to get your facts straight before you start casting incorrect aspertions. I've done more risky/adventurous sports than almost anyone I know. Take a look on Facebook or talk to someone who actually knows me before blabbing your mouth off. Sheesh.
Are you famous for something then? I've googled cockwomble but I'm yet to find any of your accreditation. However to spell it out for you. I'm referring to the fact I can pretty much bet you're a mute when it comes to any kind confrontation face to face. I wonder how argumentative and provocative you are when the person you're aiming your opinions at is staring you right in the face? Hence why I can't wait for a track day with yourself. As for lights, I think you need to get your facts straight before you start casting incorrect assertions. Talk to someone who actually knows me before blabbing your mouth off about why it fell out. thumbsup God I love these exchanges of words with you. It's like dealing with a 12 year old. So predictable. ;)

Around 1150kgs. Cage added the weight we had taken out. All nice and safe for when I roll it in a hedge however.
